Dr. Tim Keating is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement. Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Keating attended Davidson College, where he studied biology and competed as an NCAA Division 1 swimmer. He earned his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, where he was inducted into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
He completed a five-year orthopedic residency at Rush University Medical Center, recognized as one of the top orthopedic teaching hospitals in the country. Following his residency, Dr. Keating completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and complex hip and knee replacement with the partners of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush.
Dr. Keating is dedicated to relieving pain and restoring function for his patients. He collaborates with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans, using a combination of operative and nonoperative methods to help them return to their favorite activities. Dr. Keating and his team prioritize excellent patient care, focusing on accessibility and customer service.
