He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, in 1993, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Surgical Physician Assistant studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1999. He is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds licensure in the state of Alabama.
With a focus on patient-centered care, Patrick is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Alabama Society of Physician Assistants.
